1. Job Description
Assist in creating engaging content for internal communication channels and culture campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
Take ownership of recurring employee activities such as Happy Caker Birthday, Snack & Drink Machine, Hello Breakfast, and other internal programs.
Support basic design for posters, banners, presentations, and other communication materials.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on timelines, deliverables, and event logistics.
Support operational tasks, including participant data, documentation, payment paperwork, and project tracking.
Contribute creative ideas to make our workplace experience more engaging and memorable.
2. Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
Available for a full-time internship.
Good communication and content writing skills in Vietnamese; comfortable working in English.
Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools are a plus.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to get things done.
An AI-first mindset - curious about new technologies and eager to use AI tools to work smarter, create faster, and explore new ideas.
Comfortable with both creative work and hands-on operations.
Experience organizing university events, clubs, communications, or community activities is a strong plus.
Love creating ideas, enjoy working with people, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves during events, and believe that great culture is built through great everyday experiences.
