Responsibilities
Meeting clients for briefings and support Account Manager in presenting proposals to clients for approval, minutes meeting report;
Assisting Account Manager in briefing with agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the clients;
Proposing contract for Clients, Supplier under Account Manager supervision;
Financial administration;
Performing other adhoc tasks as delegated by Account Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree.
Experiences in Agency is plus
Hard working, proactive dynamic and willing to learn attitude.
Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information.
The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
Willing to work with team spirit and high responsibility.
