KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle strategy to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle initiatives with overall business objectives
Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and targeted promotions based on customer needs and behaviors.
Tailor communication and engagement strategies for each segment to maximize customer lifetime value
Design and optimize onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new customers
Implement initiatives to educate customers on our products and services, driving early engagement and satisfaction
Develop and oversee retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
Implement personalized offers and support customer loyalty programs or rewards to enhance the overall customer experience
Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on customer trends, engagement, and performance
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Online, Marketing, Risk and Finance teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions
Work closely with the Data & CRM technology team to leverage CRM and Marketing automation tools for effective lifecycle management
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance customer experiences

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
Proven 05 years experience in a senior-level role within Consumer Finance/ Banking/ E-commerce/ Telco or FMCG, with a focus on customer lifecycle management. Strong understanding of lifecycle with a focus to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and life-time value.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms
Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Fluent in English
Able to work under the pressure
