JOB DESCRIPTION
To drive customer engagement, satisfaction + reactivation in close cooperation operational care centres (OCC).
To establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily interactions, handover documents to customers on time.
To qualify + enter customer orders into the daily operational execution process.
To update OPS system, create TN, data entry into customers system
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge in International Freight
