Job Description:
- Customer Support: Consult, guide, and support local Vietnamese companies in their technical and sales needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals, prepare sales contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction both before and after sales.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop strategies to reach potential clients, and expand the customer base.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and training to customers, helping them understand product specifications and usage.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the management.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Preference: male
- Education: College degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, especially in electronics sales, purchasing, and technical fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for business to provinces around Hanoi.
- Professionalism: Exhibit professional and confident manners.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
