Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an HR & Admin Manager (Garment, ID21360, 1300USD):
Human Resources Management
Oversee full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits systems aligned with company strategy and local regulations.
Lead recruitment activities for both the Representative Office and factory operations.
Administrative Management
Manage daily administrative functions, including office operations, vendor coordination, and procurement.
Supervise documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and government regulations.
Act as a key advisor to management on labor law, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate work permits, visas, and legal documentation for expatriates (with support from external agencies).
Requirement
Male, Female,Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
7-10 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing companies with 1,000+ employees.
Proven experience in setting up HR systems for new factories or representative offices.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
