Nam An Holding is a group of 5 member companies specializing in Commercial Kitchen, Food Service & Laundry Solutions, covering trading, manufacturing, and project services.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager (HRM) to lead our HR & Administration functions and support the Group's continued growth.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning.
Lead recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Develop and improve compensation structures, including the 3P salary system.
Drive organizational development, company culture, and change management.
Oversee HR operations, labor compliance, and administration across the Group.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
Solid experience in HR management, preferably within a multi-company or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations and HR best practices.
Experience in C&B, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on management approach.
