Your mission
As our Internal Prevention Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting a safe and healthy work environment. Working one fixed day per week (day to be agreed upon), you will collaborate with management, team leaders, employees, and our external prevention service to provide expert advice, ensure legal compliance, and help drive our well-being initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
• Advising management and employees on safety, health, ergonomics, psychosocial well-being, and occupational hygiene.
• Identifying risks and supporting the development and follow-up of preventive action plans.
• Acting as the internal point of contact for prevention-related matters and liaising with the external prevention service.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our well-being policy, ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation.
• Managing and maintaining legally required documentation related to safety and well-being.
• Participating in monthly CPBW meetings and following up on agreed actions.
• Supporting the development and coordination of safety and well-being training initiatives.
What do you need to be successful in your mission?
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level 3, with the willingness to obtain Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification if required (mandatory for Type B companies such as Manuchar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise employees and management.
• A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for safety and well-being.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
