Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, IT.
Principal responsibilities:
Assist in admin work for the IT team, tracking status, coordination of simple activities.
Assist in troubleshooting and analysis for Development, Cyber and IT Support teams.
Participate in test planning, test execution and contribute to test report generation.
Assist in communication with other teams to identify, fix, follow up of the production issue.
