We are looking for a Junior
Account Manager who is not only capable of managing accounts but also actively hunting for new business opportunities in international markets and foreign clients in Vietnam.
This is a client-facing, growth-driven role for candidates who want to build a career in B2B tech sales, working with global clients in Digital Transformation, Cloud, and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hunting & Lead Generation (Core focus)
Identify and approach potential international clients (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospects
Support outbound sales activities and campaign execution
2. Account Management
Support and manage existing international client accounts
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
3. Sales & Coordination
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Work closely with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
Participate in client meetings and document key requirements
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain pipeline, update CRM, and track sales activities
Report progress and insights to Sales Lead / Director
Requirements
1.Required
Around 5 years in Sales / BD / Account (B2B or IT is a plus)
Good English communication (mandatory - working with international clients)
Comfortable with outbound sales (cold outreach, follow-ups)
Strong communication, persistence, and result-oriented mindset
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
2. Nice to Have
Experience in IT services / Software / AI service
Experience working with foreign clients
Familiar with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
