Join us as a Learning Design Assistant in our expanding team in Vietnam, where you will support the creation and implementation of groundbreaking educational programs and materials. Under the guidance of our seasoned Learning Designers, you'll help craft learning experiences that are both engaging and effective, meeting the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in the planning, development, and execution of learning design projects.
*Develop and maintain a resource library, ensuring materials are engaging and meet educational objectives.
*Collect and analyze instructional feedback to optimise learning materials.
*Manage the sourcing and organization of educational resources.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
*Creativity and innovation in designing learning materials.
*Strong attention to detail and technological proficiency with learning platforms.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
*1-2 years of experience in an educational or training development role, with proficiency in LMS and e-learning software.
