Purchasing Senior Staff (Procurement)

JOB DESCRIPTION
*CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS
We are looking for Purchasing Senior Staff who are willing to join Procurement team (Purchasing Department):
• Sourcing new suppliers for mechanical part as rubber/hose/steel/diecasting
• Take cost reduction activities (localization, on site audit, change materials)
• Make approval sheet and purchase agreement for ordering new mold, repairing or modifying mold for new model development & Cost reduction proposal
• Make approval part cost for new parts
• Control and follow up trial new development schedule (making mold & part progress) to ensure on time schedule
• Audit suppliers: Quality Audit (QMS) and Environment Audit (EMS) to decide for selecting new supplier
• Make document for new supplier selection
• Quality control for new parts of new model
• Other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Technical area
• Have 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing field and knowledge of mechanical part (rubber/hose/steel) in manufacturing company
• Have experience in using SAP and knowledge of material management is advantage
• Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed
• Have logical thinking, good communication skill, good problem-solving skill and time management skill
