Mô tả công việc
Manage the NPD team to meet new products launch on time
- Collaborate with PMG and project team, responsible for material and capacity planning, , follow up risk buy/build
- Good work with cross function team and driver team member hit the delivery and launch target.
- Foresee supply risk, find solution and take proactive action to ensure no supply risk and on time delivery.
- In depth suppliers manufacturing processes, tooling, machining and resource capacity study, bottleneck and capacity incremental to meet business needs.
- Follow up M-BOM and SER.
- Coordinate with Eng'g to organize EB/QB
- Reporting, data, delivered information accuracy.
- Team building and management
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
Yêu cầu
Education: University or collegedegree
Experience: more than 3 years PMC experiences
Knowledge
- Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logistics
- Strong experience and sense in capacity planning
Functional Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure
- re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent.
- Familiar with Computer skills especially for OFFICE.
Other Abilities
- Good time management
- Good oral and written in both English and Chinese, independent TC with oversea customer.
- Business travel need for supplier visit
