Mô tả công việc
1. Job Objective:
Develop and manage relationships with partners to optimize sales and achieve business goals in the online travel industry.
2. Partner Development:
Search, identify, and develop relationships with new partners in the travel industry to expand business opportunities.
3. Contract Negotiation:
Approach and negotiate with partners to ensure contracts are signed with mutually beneficial terms.
4. Relationship Management:
Maintain and enhance relationships with current partners by providing support, monitoring performance, and suggesting improvements.
5. Internal Coordination:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure comprehensive support for partner relationships.
6. Seek New Opportunities:
Identify and propose new opportunities to develop the partner network and enhance sales.
7. Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the performance of partners, analyze data, and generate reports to propose improvements and adjust monitoring strategies.
8. Industry Trends:
Stay informed about trends and changes in the online travel industry to propose suitable development strategies.
9. Support Marketing Strategies:
Support the marketing team in implementing targeted marketing strategies to maximize reach and enhance brand visibility.
10. Customer Care:
- Assist the customer care team in resolving issues and ensuring partner OTA satisfaction.
11. Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated for partner development and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
Personal Traits:
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years Experience in partner relationship management in the travel industry or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of business models and trends in the online travel industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Experience in travel technology is a must.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
