Thanh Cong Textile & Garment is expanding into new business categories beyond textile & garment and is looking for a Procurement / Sourcing Manager to develop and manage sourcing activities for export-oriented products such as fruits, seafood, coffee, agricultural and food-related commodities...
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Source and develop local/international suppliers for new business categories
- Manage procurement activities, supplier evaluation, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure stable supply, quality, and cost competitiveness
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on product development, export requirements, and supply planning
- Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks
- Coordinate with logistics/export teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Food/Agriculture, or related fields
- 5-8 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/trading of agricultural, food, seafood, coffee, or export commodities...
- Strong supplier network and negotiation capability
- Familiar with export market requirements and international trading processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency is preferred
