We are looking for a Product Operations Executive / Product Coordinator to work closely with the Product Owner in managing and coordinating the product/game development process. This role serves as a key bridge between the Product, Development, QC, and Design teams, ensuring that all tasks are well-organized, closely tracked, and delivered on schedule while following established processes. You will support the Product Owner by handling day-to-day operational tasks, helping reduce their workload, while also ensuring the team clearly understands product requirements and collaborates effectively throughout the development lifecycle. - Project Coordination & Progress Tracking:
- Manage and track Jira boards across multiple teams, including Frontend, Backend, QC, Design, and others.
- Create, update, and maintain tasks based on the Product Owner's requirements.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing tasks, proactively follow up with teams to ensure deadlines and release milestones are met.
- Keep Jira up to date with accurate and timely task statuses.
- Product Operations Support:
- Assist the Product Owner with day-to-day product operations.
- Configure and maintain administrative tools (Admin Tools) according to provided guidelines.
- Track product releases, compile, and maintain Release Notes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are ready before each release.
- Support post-release product validation to ensure successful deployment.
- Requirement Communication & Coordination:
- Develop a strong understanding of the products/games under operation.
- Quickly understand requirements from the Product Owner and communicate them clearly to Developers and QC when the Product Owner is unavailable.
- Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of product requirements, minimizing miscommunication throughout the development process.
- Participate in requirement analysis and clarification when needed

1. Technical Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Product Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar role within the software or gaming industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and managing workflows across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of the software or game development lifecycle.
- Experience participating in production releases and a good understanding of release management processes.
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand new products, workflows, and business processes.
- Nice to Have
- Experience working as a Business Analyst (BA).
- Experience writing Requirement Documents (BRD/PRD) or other business analysis documentation.
