Risk Manager
to build and strengthen our enterprise risk management practices.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement an enterprise risk management framework aligned with business strategy and risk appetite.
Identify, assess, and monitor material risks across business operations, products, technology, and third-party relationships.
Maintain risk registers, define mitigation plans, and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
Design practical controls, monitor remediation actions, and manage risk escalations.
Prepare risk reports and actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed risk management into daily business activities.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in enterprise risk, operational risk, risk and controls, or a related field.
Proven experience developing risk assessment frameworks and managing actionable risk registers.
Strong knowledge of control design, issue management, root-cause analysis, and escalation processes.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and advising business owners on risk-related decisions.
Strong analytical, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, digital assets, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM, cybersecurity, third-party risk, or AI-related risk.
Relevant risk management or internal controls certifications.
