Job Functions
• Search for new clients and business opportunities in the textile and garment sectors, including factories and international brands. Contributing to the sales revenue growth.
• Support prospecting activities for target markets, including Europe, Vietnam and other potential markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients, prospects and leads.
• Handle clients' inquiries, quotations, sample development and order follow-up.
• Coordinate with production, technical and office teams to support smooth production, delivery and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, need and competitor activities, and report key findings to the
Sales Manager and related parties.
• Support team and managers in requested cases.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in textile, fabric, garment, weaving, knitting, or dyeing industry.
• Existing relationships within textile/garment industry preferred.
• Understanding of European customer requirements is an advantage.
• Knowledge of textile production and fabric development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English communication skill required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. English: Good communication skills required.

• Chinese: Intermediate level is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically when required.
• Preferred Educational Background Bachelor's degree: Textile Engineering /Garment & Textile Manufacturing /Business Administration / Economics /Sustainability / Sustainable Development /Supply Chain Management or related fields
