I. OBJECTIVE:
- The Sales Man is responsible for selling products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the market, and the ability to represent the company's products effectively to prospective clients..
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Sales Execution:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2/ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
3/ Market Research:
- Monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
4/ Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Track sales progress and analyze performance against targets.
5/ Product Knowledge:
- Continuously learn and stay informed about the products/services offered by the company.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products that meet their needs.
6/ Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to strategies to improve sales performanc

Yêu cầu
- At least 1 years of experience in sales, with experience in the eyewear, medical devices, and aesthetics industrie being an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
