Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Sales &
Marketing Manager to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sales & Marketing Management:
Be responsible for sales revenue of the territory for the whole Vietnam and Indochina Region
Carry out regional Sales & Marketing Strategy and annual business plans
Regular survey and report market, competitors, products and prices' changes, taking part of market analysis, suggest policies and promotions
Generate new leads via multi/omni channels, develop potentials and executing market entrance to some industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision casting, electroplating, jewelry, labware, Cadcam, Dental
Organizing team to maintain and develop existing customers
In charge of implementing Marketing and Communication plan including Branding, Digital &
Trade marketing activities suitable for the region.
2. Team and Operation Management:
In charge of annual budget and HR plans and executing them with strong emphasis on training, coaching and people development
Set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all business units and teams to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis, e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year./
Monitor the proper implementation of the regulations, processes and procedures for the staff.
Encourage and maintain a dynamic, disciplined and enthusiastic working environment and high engagement of team
Propose and responsible for the whole department budget, all assets as well as other resources in the department. Shared responsibility with team and company about customer debts; evaluating credibility of customers, updating and report.
3. Business and Organization Development:
Being in charge of implementing ERP projects on CRM, FFM, E-Commerce Web, Omnichannels Management's tools
Set up Customer Care and Distribution System
New product lines launching and implementing new business projects as assigned

University graduated with major related to Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Engineering or Psychology...
English proficiency at 4 skills
At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management of minimum 20 team members with different sales channels or business units
Experience in a professional working environment of sales and service of foreign customers, especially Korean and Japanese customers is a plus
Experience preferably in both Industrial Sales and FMCG or Pharmacy and Multi/Omni channels, both Marketing and Sales
Proficient in using computers, reporting and modern management tools, preferably in social,
digital marketing & communication
