Job Overview
Position Title: Sea Freight Customer Service, Ha noi
Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Co. Ltd - Ha noi Branch
Working Locations: CIC Tower, 219 Trung Kinh, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi
Number of Hiring: 1
Role Summary
- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance
- Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier
- Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier
- Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route
- Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are timely informed if any changes
- Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Sales person
- Ensure Billing are accurate without error.
- File Manifest, send the AN to the customer, follow trucking and delivery cargo to the customers. And then make D/N and send the Invoice to the customer
- Consulting/advising on customs documentation tasks when being asked, if any.

Specific Accountabilities
- Have functional knowledge in air, sea logistics, incoterms
- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Required Skills
- Be honest, active, disciplined, team works spirit and punctuality
- Have good communication skills in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
- Be reliable, highly responsible at work
- Be good at planning/organizing and time management
- Have ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
- Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Experience and Qualifications
- University or college degree, majoring in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Having at least 5-10 year experience working both in Import-Export position in middle sized or big forwarding companies.
