PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The Senior
Account Executive is responsible for taking care and developing sports marketing service packages to meet clients' requirements and delivering clients' services
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main required duties of the Senior Account Executive:
· Assisting in Account management
· Planning of activities: marketing activities of client: events, campaigns, etc.
· Assisting in monitoring sponsors' benefits in the Sponsorship packages (at the event's site also other marketing activities proposed by clients)
· Management and operation of sports related events: work directly with sprots entities, negotiate and follow up with projects, work with football clubs, event organizers and arrange KOL/players for sponsors events and commercial shootings, etc.
· Working with overseas agencies & other sports organizations: work and coordinate on organizing football matches and sports related events.
· Assisting in managing and preparing essential paperwork.
· Domestic & overseas business trips when required.
· Other assignments from line manager or Company
REQUIREMENT
· Have 3 - 4 year experience in advertising/ marketing agency. Bachelor is a plus
· Passionate about sports, especially football. At least, actively watches and follows the journey of the Vietnam national football team.
· Any in-depth experience in football-related activities is a strong advantage.
· Brings a positive, high-energy "sports mindset".
· Has experience in IMC and event management.
· Able to travel and comfortable working frequently on-site at events and outdoor
· Basic knowledge of Fan Page management; online advertising and photoshop is a plus
· Be sensitive and flexible in working and communicating with different type of companies/parties (Overseas/Government/Football Federation)
· Good at teamwork: ability to socialize and synchronize with team members.
· Problem solving skills: ability to understand points of problem and ability to find solutions to solve, eliminate points, which raising these problems.
· Planning & event management skills: skill to brainstorm and proposed new ideas for client's marketing activities, etc.
· Can stand strong pressure: ability to bare stressful situation during projects, stand pressure, complaints from clients' side and line manager, ability not to panic and accept situation as it is and face difficulties to solve together with team, line manager.
· Excellent at English in both speaking and writing
· MS Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook are a must.
