Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior
Account Executive with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multi-team deliverables in a fast-paced environment. You will manage day-to-day client communication, track timelines, control deliverables, and ensure smooth paperwork and execution across internal teams and vendors.
A creative foundation is essential for success in this role. Experience in Media is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the daily client contact, ensuring clear, structured, and solution-oriented communication.
Sustain a positive client relationship through consistent follow-ups and expectation management.
Join client meetings with SAM and leadership; capture requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities when relevant.
Project Execution
Participate in pitching: deck preparation, consolidation, task coordination with Creative/Media/Strategy.
Build, update, and track project timelines, ensuring all teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.
Write and deliver internal briefs, manage revision cycles, and check output quality before client submission.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Tech) to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Prepare quotations / cost estimates, manage cost updates, and track financial paperwork with accuracy.
Handle all paperwork for clients and vendors, including PO, contracts, acceptance reports, and payment documentation.
Gather performance data from functional teams and support the creation of campaign reports including insights and next steps.
Requirements
Experience & Competencies
2-4 years of experience in Account Management within a Creative / Digital / Integrated agency.
Strong creative sensibility: able to evaluate layouts, KVs, scripts, and creative proposals with logic and clarity.
Experience with Media (channels, KPIs, ad formats) is a significant advantage.
Strong multitasking and timeline management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing clients independently.
High attention to detail, particularly in paperwork, task tracking, and deliverable accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with ownership of tasks and outcomes.
Growth-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new areas such as Media, Tech, E-commerce, and Production.
