PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE: Your primary role is to act as a strategic consultant for our key clients (FMCG & Retail), ensuring their marketing objectives are met through flawless Event & Activation execution. You will lead the entire project lifecycle-from receiving briefs and pitching proposals to final delivery-driving both client satisfaction and business growth for BGROUP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Proactively consult and provide strategic solutions for client marketing challenges rather than just receiving orders.
Partner closely with the Planning & Creative Teams to develop winning proposals.
Lead client presentations (Pitching) confidently and negotiate contracts/budgets effectively to close deals.
Lead internal teams (Planning, Design, Operation) and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
Monitor on-site execution and troubleshoot complex issues or crises immediately as they arise.
Manage project P&L (Profit & Loss), control costs, and ensure timely payment collection.
Mentor and guide junior team members (
Account Executives / Interns) to build a strong Client Service team.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Client Service at Marketing Agencies (Strong preference for candidates with an Event & Activation background).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially during pitching seasons or on-site events.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
Customer-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
Detail-oriented with strong leadership potential.
