Job Description:
1. Client Leadership & Business Growth
Act as a key contact point for clients, ensuring clear understanding of business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
Proactively identify client needs, uncover underlying problems, and translate them into actionable communication/marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through consistent delivery and strategic advisory.
2. Project Ownership & Delivery Excellence
Own end-to-end project execution: from briefing, planning, timeline management to final delivery.
Develop detailed project plans (timeline, scope, resources, PIC) in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Planning, Production, Media...) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Monitor project progress daily, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure quality and timeline commitment.
Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards in both quality and effectiveness.
3. Financial & Commercial Management
Work closely with Finance and Operations to build accurate quotations, manage budgets, and control project costs.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget while maintaining profitability.
Participate in pricing strategy and client negotiation to balance competitiveness and margin.
Support contract management, payment follow-up, and debt collection to ensure healthy cash flow.
4. Team Collaboration
Guide and support junior team members in project execution and client handling.
Contribute to building effective workflows, processes, and team collaboration standards.
Actively participate in internal discussions, bringing solutions and perspectives to improve overall performance.
Demonstrate ownership mindset and accountability across all assigned projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account/Client Service within digital/marketing agencies.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing landscape, including platforms, trends, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability in client servicing, project management, and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills (Vietnamese & English - working proficiency).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with high attention to detail.
Active listening mindset, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Familiarity with PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act) or similar working frameworks.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
Solid experience in proposal development, presentation, and client persuasion.
