Senior IMC Planner

As a Senior IMC Planner, you will handle one or more scopes as below, depending on project requirements. You will get aligned with the Planning Manager to analyze, suggest and divide scopes by project.
Plan and Oversee Integrated Media Strategies:
Create and present comprehensive plans and proposals for TV content sponsorships, integrated sampling campaigns with tech solutions, and sports/esports tournaments.
Ensure alignment of plans with client objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.
Leadership:
Guide up and mentor Planning Executives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Cooperating with the Planning Manager to lead the team's direction, monitor performance, and foster professional development.
Content Sponsorship and Creative Planning:
Identify opportunities for brands to sponsor engaging TV content or integrate seamlessly into digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to design and deliver content sponsorship solutions that drive impact.
Tech Integration for Campaigns:
Propose and implement innovative tech solutions for sampling campaigns or integrated marketing initiatives.
Work closely with product/business analysts to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Sports and Esports Marketing Initiatives:
Design sponsorship and engagement strategies for sports or esports tournaments.
Monitor trends in sports/esports to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with clients, creative teams, media vendors, and event management to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations backed by research and data analytics.
