Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for all managed services customers.
Providing a service plan to companies that manage and aggregate all relevant services.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. Managing and responsible for multiple managed services engagements. Ensure service level agreements/objectives are met.
Ensure efficient communication between internal teams and departments to provide outstanding and smooth client experience.
Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Managing finances and budgets. Work closely with the Sales departments to secure new business opportunities
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
A Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Business-related field.
A good understanding of spoken and written English. Toeic certificate required >= 650.
5+ years of experience managing services engagements. Experience in customer service, leadership, and project management may be advantageous.
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge and understanding of service delivery procedures.
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
Good resource planning skills.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
