Oversee daily kitchen operations at LUA - Grill & Bar (Italian Cuisine)
Ensure authentic preparation and presentation of Italian and Western dishes to brand standards
Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality output
Support menu execution and seasonal updates aligned with LUA's Italian grill concept
Maintain strict HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
Manage food cost, portion control, and kitchen efficiency
Collaborate with other outlets and central kitchen for smooth operations
Support culinary delivery for in-villa dining and large-scale events when required
Monitor inventory, supplier quality, and product consistency

Strong expertise in Italian cuisine and Western grill techniques
Proven experience as Sous Chef or similar role in high-end restaurants, hotels, or resorts
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a high-volume, multi-outlet luxury resort environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for authentic cuisine and guest experience
