Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sr/ Account Manager to take full ownership of brand growth within our distribution model. This role is the strategic engine of our portfolio - responsible for designing the roadmap for brand success, executing high-impact trade programs at the Point of Sale (POS), and driving digital engagement through social media. You will work hand-in-hand with our sales team to ensure our brands are not just on the shelf, but moving off the shelf.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Planning
• Market Roadmap: Develop and lead the strategic planning to scale and position brands within the local market.
• Growth Tactics: Identify market gaps and competitor weaknesses to create data-driven plans for brand expansion.
• Launch Excellence: Orchestrate the end-to-end strategy for new product introductions, from value proposition to market entry.
2. Trade Experience & Sales Support (POS)
• POS Execution: Design and implement high-visibility
trade marketing programs and display solutions at the Point of Sale.
• Promotion Support: Create "Sell-out" strategies (bundles, seasonal promos, and incentives) that directly support the sales team's targets.
• Field Synergy: Collaborate daily with the sales team to ensure marketing materials and promotional programs are effectively utilized in-store.
3. Social Media Strategy & Management
• Digital Presence: Manage the brand's social media footprint to build a community and drive consumer "pull."
• Content Alignment: Ensure all social media campaigns are synchronized with current trade promotions and sales goals.
• Trend Execution: Leverage digital trends to keep the brand relevant, modern, and top-of-mind for consumers.
4. Industry Expertise (An advantages)
• ICT & Mobile Tech: Utilize your knowledge of ICT or mobile accessories to translate technical specs into consumer benefits.
• Product Advocacy: Act as the internal expert on technology trends to better inform both strategy and sales pitches.
• Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of experience in Brand or Account Management, ideally within a distribution environment. We also welcome applications from experienced Account Managers with a strong agency background.
• The Strategist: Expert-level skills in planning, market analysis, and strategic execution.
• The Trade Expert: Real-world experience managing POS visibility and retail-level sales promotions.
• The Digital Native: Demonstrated success in managing social media channels to achieve business objectives.
• The Tech Factor: Deep interest or prior experience in the ICT/Mobile Accessories industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
