Talent Acquisition Expert

Job Purpose
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition while partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people agenda & initiatives that support business growth and organizational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery to meet current and future workforce needs.
Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans aligned with business priorities.
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and strategic positions.
Drive sourcing, assessment, and selection strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Monitor recruitment performance, market intelligence, and hiring trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
2. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and people effectiveness.
Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, succession risks, and capability-building priorities.
Provide insights and recommendations using workforce and people data to support business decisions.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Support talent review, succession planning, and high-potential talent development initiatives.
Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management and talent development practices.
Facilitate organizational change, team effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives within assigned functions.
4. HR Projects & Initiatives
Lead or participate in strategic HR projects, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs.
Collaborate with HR COEs to implement enterprise-wide people initiatives and change programs.
Drive adoption of new HR technologies, digital solutions, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Job Requirement
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR Business Partnering, or related HR project management roles.
Strong track record in hiring corporate functions, technology, and business-critical positions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent, and people strategy is a plus.
Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to lead HR projects and drive organizational change is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into business insights.
Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage technology to enhance talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR effectiveness.
Fluent in English.
