About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and own end-to-end recruitment across IT roles.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the right talent, and deliver a high-quality hiring experience. We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable using AI and technology to work smarter and improve hiring outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes a practical, problem-solving approach to recruitment.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding handover
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and drive recruitment plans
Use AI, automation, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
Manage multiple hiring priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Track and analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring decisions and processes
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners
Manage recruitment agencies and service providers, including coordination, performance, and negotiation
Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives
Must-Have
4+ years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, with hands-on end-to-end IT recruitment
Good understanding of IT roles and technical talent
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good English and Vietnamese
Logical, analytical, and practical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI to improve sourcing, research, communication, and daily work
Highly adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good candidate assessment and relationship-building skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience in a product, technology, banking, or fintech company
Experience handling high-volume recruitment
Experience working with international stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or service providers
Good negotiation skills
Experience using recruitment data, analytics, and technology to improve hiring processes
