Overview of the program: A 03-year program to provide talent candidates to be official employees of RCL Vietnam and overseas career opportunities. The program aims to nurture young talents to be future leaders within RCL Groups.
- Provide talent with in-depth knowledge of the shipping industry, participation in real-world projects to gain practical experiences.
- The career path of the position:
+ Phase1 (Fixed term contract for a year): you will be trained at RCL (Vietnam).
+ Phase 2 (after phase 1 finish): you will be trained at RCL Headquarter in Bangkok, Thailand with good overseas benefts.
+ Phase 3 (after phase 2 finish): you will be evaluated and allocated to RCL' subsidiaries in Vietnam or overseas.
- Key responsibility: Perform On Job Training (OJT) in all operation systems; overview of company operations through rotation to different key functions in Customer Service, Operations, Sales.

- University graduate in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or less than 02-year experience.
- Proficiency in English, Computer skills.
- Able for overseas training/assignment.
