Here's what you will do day-to-day
Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches (Vui App) to increase user activation
Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
Monitoring KPIs and company achievements
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings
Maintaining and updating database with customer information
Yêu cầu
Graduate degree
At least 2-3 years experience in a
telesales environment, preferably in the services industry (SaaS, EduTech, Insurance,...)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese
Excellent sales techniques especially on the phone
