A. Service Operations Coordination
Support daily service operations, including service documentation, contracts, timesheets, and administrative records.
Coordinate service activities with customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-up.
Process purchase requests and operational transactions in SAP.
Assist in preparing and maintaining training materials and logistics for customer training programs.
Be the point of contact, handle procurement procedures for necessary tools and components of the department.
B. SAP Support & Operation
Maintain service-related data and records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support department members in SAP operational activities and basic troubleshooting.
Generate reports and monitor service operation data as required.
C. Technical Service Support
Support receipt, classification and visual inspection of customer equipment for calibration and maintenance services.
Assist in lubricant analysis service activities, including sample receiving, classification, packaging and communication with laboratories.
Coordinate shipment and return processes with Supply Chain teams, including relevant import/export documentation.
