Mô tả công việc
Support the CS Department in performing some tasks:
- Execute customer's service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation, Invoicing and cost booking.
- Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, sea freight) until close a file
Work with related departments in the company to ensure the information is transparent, consignees are coordinated continuously.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Together with sales make sure for customer satisfaction and upsell service to existing customers
- Other tasks when be required from Direct Manager
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
- Have knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder is preferred
- Have knowledge of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, transportation, customs is preferred
- Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
- Good MS Office.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
