· Conduct competency assessment combined with field observation to identify training needs for Market Development
· Develop training plan based on Market Development program.
· Develop and customize digital training materials, based on business context and training needs.
· Propose and implement a digital sales training application to become the reference tool for learning, training, and individual assessment
· Co-facilitate the program "Sales Professional" for Market Development to achieve training goals and plans.
· Following and supporting line manager to implement coaching for staff after training. Planning & budgeting the annual training program
· Working with training vendors on the training program (if any).
· Keep training documents and templates up to date, as well as build up training data sources for tracking purposes.
· Evaluating the training programs including internal and external about quality, timing, and cost efficiency
· Preparing monthly training reports
· Performing other relevant tasks as assigned (if any)
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor's degree or higher education
· At least 3 years of experience in digital Learning & Development for Sales and Customer Service
· Pharmaceutical industry & FMCG experience is a plus.
· Understand and have knowledge of sales training.
· Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, in-house, e-learning, workshops, seminars,...)
