Mô tả công việc
To be able to plan and execute basic level of training programs by working with various stakeholders
To be able to develop required administrative tasks of training activities
To be able to build up the system in a sustainable manner
To be able to work independently to come up with the ideas
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year-working experience in Training fields
Training working experience in Property Management or Customer Service Management fields as advantage
Experience as trainers in soft skills for Receptionist, Technician, Customer service officer as advantage
Teaching/Training skill
Written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese & English
Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Drive function, AI tools, etc.
Character traits: Active, polite, patient, cooperative, responsible, hard-working, logical thinking
