DUTIES:
1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & STRATEGIC CONSULTING
Develop & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate sustainable, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor in Marketing & Communication.
Social & Influencer Consulting: Actively advise clients on impactful Social Media strategies and Influencer Marketing approaches to solve their business challenges.
Business Growth: Identify organic upsell opportunities within existing accounts and pitch new business proposals to expand market share and meet revenue KPIs.
2. SOCIAL & INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Trend-jacking & Social Insights: Stay continuously updated on fast-shifting social media trends, viral content formats (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), and platform algorithms to infuse fresh ideas into client campaigns.
Influencer Strategy & Execution: Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns-from initial matrix planning, pricing strategies (collaborating with the
Purchasing team), to content quality control and final on-air execution.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and synchronize with internal departments (Creative, Purchasing, Production) to establish strict quality control standards and ensure all campaign deliverables match the client's brief.
Financial & Budget Control: Monitor project P&L (Profit & Loss), optimize budget allocation for KOL/Social bookings, and manage cash flows efficiently across all ongoing projects.
Crisis & Problem Solving: Turn high-pressure situations into managed outcomes. Effectively handle critical client feedback, scope changes, or influencer-related emergencies (e.g., sudden dropouts or negative sentiment).
Reporting: Provide regular/unscheduled progress reports to HOB and BOD, as well as stakeholders inside and outside the business.
3. TEAM LEADERSHIP & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 5-6 members (Senior AEs, AEs, and Interns), evaluating personal capacities and driving collective growth.
Knowledge Transfer: Build up internal training frameworks and guidelines specialized in Client Servicing, Influencer Operations, and Social Campaign Execution.
Upskilling: Conduct regular internal coaching sessions to upgrade the team's negotiation skills, brief-writing, and trend-spotting abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduated from University/College with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications....
Experience: Having at least 4 years in the Account Management field at advertising agencies and 1 years of experience in an Account Supervisor position, along with the Influencer Marketing industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
● Strong relationships with KOLs and Influencers
● Market Analysis & Research; Customer experience understanding.
● Have basic understanding of finance, human resources, etc.
● Good English communication
