Role Description This full-time After Sales / Admin - Marketplaces role is a hybrid position based in the Hanoi Capital Region, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing post-sale customer interactions on
Amazon
Backmarket
including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating returns or order adjustments. The successful candidate will oversee administrative tasks such as updating product listings, monitoring order status, and maintaining accurate records in marketplace dashboards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with marketplace account managers, supporting sales operations, and ensuring service-level agreements are met. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and contribute to training materials and best practices for marketplace operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with buyers and marketplace partners.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support marketplace performance, monitor KPIs, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
Experience working with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Cdiscount, Rakuten) or e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and marketplace dashboards is preferred.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills and experience in international environments are a plus.
Relevant education or prior experience in customer service, sales support, or e-commerce operations is advantageous.
