Phu Thai Group is expanding its portfolio of international brands across FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Food & Beverage in Vietnam.
We are looking for a highly motivated Brand & Marketing Executive /
Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies, product launches, and marketing activities across Modern Trade, Pharmacy, General Trade, and other offline channels.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building brands from the ground up, driving market penetration, and working closely with commercial teams to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
● Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Conduct market research, consumer analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
● Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, consideration, and penetration.
● Prepare regular brand performance reviews and recommendations.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Launch
● Develop and execute launch plans for new brands and products in Vietnam.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and launch execution.
● Build launch calendars, activation plans, and communication roadmaps.
● Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and value proposition development.
3. Marketing Campaign Management
● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital touchpoints.
● Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, PR agencies, and external vendors.
● Develop communication materials, marketing assets, and brand content.
● Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on performance metrics.
4. Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
● Work closely with Sales teams to develop and execute channel activation programs.
● Manage POSM development, merchandising materials, sampling activities, and in-store promotions.
● Support visibility initiatives across Modern Trade, Pharmacy, and General Trade channels.
● Evaluate activation performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
5. Consumer & Market Insights
● Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
● Generate insights and recommendations to support business growth.
● Support category reviews, pricing analysis, and market opportunity assessments.
6. Budget & Performance Management
● Manage marketing budgets and monitor spending against approved plans.
● Coordinate purchase orders, claims, and agency/vendor payments.
● Track campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness.
● Prepare monthly business reviews and performance reports.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications Experience
● 3-5 years of experience in:
○ Brand Marketing
○ Trade Marketing
○ Consumer Marketing
○ Product Marketing
● Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or Distribution industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
● Strong project management and execution capabilities.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
● Experience working with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
● Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience launching new brands or products.
● Understanding of Modern Trade, Pharmacy, and General Trade channels.
● Experience working with distributors, retailers, or FMCG companies.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, or Retail.
● Experience in companies such as Unilever, P&G, Beiersdorf, L'Oréal, or leading distributors and marketing agencies.
● Strong execution mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action.
● Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited by the challenge of building brands from the ground up.

• Working time: Office hours, Mon to Fri & Online on Sat
