Business Analyst - Working location at Tan Phu, HCMC

- Ensure requirements gathering, collect business and functional requirements in cooperation with IT and Business/Operational Departments. When applicable, make the development by himself/herself.
- Liase with interfacing application responsible to design and define the integration requirements, describe the business and functional requirements, and finalize the Service Requirements before development starts;
- Create User Requirements and Backlog Items (if required) for developers and ensure approval by relevant stakeholders before development / configuration starts (Key Account Managers, Users, Product Owner, Interfacing Application responsible);
- Groom the requirements with development team and oversee the implementation of related changes; and provide to support to Developers and QA for any requirements related queries.
- Manage the proper execution of functional test once the solution is available and ensure Solution is ready for User Testing;
- Support deployment activities for final solution to get ready for Go Live and ensure close communication/cooperation with Development Team in the next steps;
- Be actively involved in Change Request Management and act as first contact for change request by key users and provide continuous support in analysis of impact and value;
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Provide backlog management, and elaboration of the relevant user stories
- Provide documentation for users and business as and when required to gather requirements, support understanding of requirements and usage of application;
