Company: SATO Vietnam Solutions Co., Ltd - Representative Office in Hanoi
Location: Duy Tan, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a qualified and customer-oriented Customer Service Engineer to join our Hanoi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and customer service for SATO printers and related products, while working closely with Sales and Software teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales and Software teams in conducting printer demonstrations at customer sites
• Perform printer quality control (QC) and technical checks at the office
• Install new printers at customer sites and provide customers with guidance on printer operation and usage
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related equipment
• Conduct on-site printer maintenance and regular service activities
• Support sales activities for maintenance contracts and spare parts
• Propose and negotiate maintenance contract conditions with customers when required
• Prepare technical presentations and provide product-related explanations for internal and external purposes
• Prepare service reports and other technical reports as required by the team leader or manager

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Hardware, Electronics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical/service position is preferred
• Basic knowledge of automation is an advantage for candidates.
• Basic to good communication skills in English
• Good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
• Interested in Japanese culture and working in a Japanese company
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and business trips when required.
