Summary
Crystal Code Co., Ltd is a software development company with its namesake approach of three-dimensional thinking upon various stages and levels of application design and development. We maintain in-house products that are in the FinTech space while also having anchor, long-term clients around the world across Asia and Europe in the Blockchain space. We also work with Venture Capitalist firms to invest in and innovate new products and technologies.
Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide timely and complete responses to customer and prospect inquiries originating from web chat platforms and email.
• Provide written proposals for product and service-based solutions to customers.
• Handle customer escalations professionally - de-escalate complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Update information on the system.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (Typing); able to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients across Asia and Europe.
• Able to handle customer escalations calmly and effectively - de-escalate complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Willing to research & learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Self-management and time management - able to work independently across rotating shifts.
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
• Flexible to work rotating shift hours, 6 days/week:
• Shift 1: 6 am - 2 pm
• Shift 2: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Shift 3: 10 pm - 6 am
