Mô tả công việc
Deliver Business Skills classes in English (e.g. Email writing, business writing, presentations, negotiation, public speaking, effective meetings, etc.) to working professionals, following the provided learning materials and curriculum.
Create a friendly, positive, and dynamic learning environment that is mutually supportive for learners.
Grade and evaluate learners' outcomes in the format of homework assessment, entrance and post-course tests.
Follow the training process correctly and ensure the quality of learners' outcomes.
Effectively coordinate with L&D and Customer Service departments to support learners during the course.
Actively share feedback with the L&D department to improve materials, activities and the overall teaching quality.
Discuss and align with the L&D and Customer Service departments on any changes to the class (e.g., schedule, content).
Participate fully in meetings and sharing sessions to discuss feedback and share experiences.
Yêu cầu
Candidates are citizens of English-speaking countries (with English as the official language)
Genuine interest in Education, with a passion for knowledge sharing to create value for learners.
At least 3 years of experience teaching or training working professionals, with clear and coherent communication skills.
Experienced in diverse work environments, especially international settings.
Priority will be given to candidates with pedagogical certificates (E.g. Tesol, Celta)
Currently working in large, multinational companies; holding a management or senior position is an advantage.
Having achieved certain successes in their career and desire to share their experience with learners, contributing to their career development is another advantage.
