Forex Trainer / Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo Forex

The Forex Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that equip clients and internal staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the forex market effectively. Using a blended approach - combining live classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual delivery - the trainer serves as the primary educational bridge between GTCFX and its trading community.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Design and deliver structured training sessions covering forex fundamentals, market mechanics, and advanced trading strategies.
Facilitate live sessions using real-time charts, live market examples, and platform demonstrations.
Conduct both group workshops and individual coaching sessions tailored to the learner's level.
Utilize a variety of delivery formats: in-person classroom, webinar, recorded video modules, and one-on-one mentoring.
Curriculum & Content Development
Develop and regularly update training materials, slide decks, handouts, and e-learning content to reflect current market conditions.
Build structured learning paths for beginner, intermediate, and advanced traders.
Create practical exercises, case studies, and simulated trading scenarios to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
Technical & Fundamental Analysis Education
Teach chart reading, candlestick patterns, support/resistance, and key indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci, etc.).
Educate trainees on macroeconomic fundamentals: interest rates, inflation, central bank policy, and economic calendars.
Explain the impact of major news releases (NFP, CPI, FOMC, etc.) on currency movements.
Risk Management & Trading Psychology
Emphasize proper risk management as the foundation of long-term trading success.
Teach position sizing, stop-loss placement, risk-reward ratios, and portfolio exposure management.
Address trading psychology: emotional discipline, loss management, and building a consistent trading mindset.
Assessment & Learner Progress
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gains.
Provide structured, constructive feedback on trainees' trade analyses and strategy submissions.
Monitor individual progress and adjust training approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Livestream & Online Broadcasting
Conduct regular live trading sessions and educational broadcasts on GTCFX's platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other assigned channels.
Host live market analysis, trade setups, and Q&A sessions to engage and grow the GTCFX trading community.
Maintain a consistent livestream schedule as directed by management.
Ensure all live content reflects GTCFX's brand standards, tone, and compliance requirements.
Monitor livestream performance metrics (viewers, engagement, replays) and report to the marketing team.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all training content adheres to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align educational content with client acquisition strategies.
Provide feedback to management on trainee needs, skill gaps, and recommended program improvements.
