Group Creative Manager

The Group Creative Manager leads the creative direction and visual execution for Akyn Group and its portfolio of hospitality, F&B and lifestyle brands.
Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role translates brand strategy into distinctive concepts, imagery and design across digital, physical and guest-facing touchpoints, while ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brand launches, campaigns, events and special projects.
Translate brand positioning and narratives into compelling visual identities and experiences.
Oversee the design of marketing materials, social content, websites, menus, packaging, signage, wayfinding, merchandise and hotel collateral.
Lead the creative direction of photography, video and content production.
Work with the Brand Manager to maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent use of logos, typography, colours, imagery and design systems.
Review creative outputs across all brands and recommend improvements where needed.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, F&B, Commercial and Development teams to ensure creative concepts support both brand objectives and guest experience.
Manage creative projects from briefing and concept development through production and final delivery.
Lead internal designers and coordinate with agencies, photographers, production teams, printers and other suppliers.
Monitor creative trends in hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, design and culture to identify relevant opportunities for the Group.
