MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting the Department Operations Managers within Sun World Parks related to Guest Service, Ticketing and Admissions.
- Coordinate and ensure the daily operations related to Guest Service, Ticketing and Admissions departments are in accordance with Sun World standards and requirements, Equipment Manufacturer guidelines, Vietnamese law/ regulations.
- Writing of operational practices, including developing, implementation and adherence of Standard Operating Procedures for existing and new parks.
- Assisting in role modelling, assessing, coaching and guiding Department Managers and other Team Members.
- Analyze failures and improve guest satisfaction and ensure coordination between the other Operations Departments to ensure guest complaints are prevented and resolved.
- Analyze Guest Service Ticketing and Admissions Operations, to improve service satisfaction, revenue and efficiency.
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency.
- Facilitating onboarding training and developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively and as per with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements and SOPs.
- Develop and foster a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous work culture.
- Develop team goals (KPI's), Financial Targets / Budgets, Project Teams, and improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
YÊU CẦU / REQUIRED:
- University Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position for an international tourist attraction or hospitality organisation.
- 3+ years of proven management experience.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese language (Written and Verbal).
- Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc).
- Good Leadership & Management skills; Assertive attitude; Good communication and coaching skills; Quick learner, Hands-on and problem solver
- Conscious of Safety and Service
- Positive mindset
- Can work under high pressure
- Able to work outside, under the sun or during the holidays when required.
