• Motivate students to achieve academic success and cultivate good learning habits
• Onboard and navigate parents through the Geniebook platform to improve their child's user experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customers' queries in a timely manner
• Participate in engagement activities to bring up student's activity and usage rate
• Conduct 1-1 performance reviews with students to help them learn better and smarter
• Design a 1-year study pathway in collaboration with parents and students to optimise their learning experience
• Assist with other tasks as needed set by the Manager
