Mô tả công việc
1.1. External partners (Forwarders/ Brokers/ Carrier/ Suppliers/ Customers...):
- Collaborate with Client department to maintain, expand, and develop relationships
with existing customers and agents.
- Support Client in schedules for customers Coordinate with the pricing department to
check and quote, consult services, and schedules for nominated shipments from
agents.
- Handle customer requests including booking arrangements, container pickup/drop-off,
and execution of transportation procedures.
- Update, and promptly inform customers and agents about the status of shipments.
- Closely follow up and promptly resolve any issues arising during the transportation
process.
- Process customer and agent data, maintaining records and develop relationships with
clients and agents.
- Assist the Accounting department in recovering outstanding debts.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
1.2. Internal partners:
- Keep track and provide original shipping documents to relevant departments
- Advising Viet Nam regulation about outbound logistics
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
- Good communication, Ms. Office, problem solving.
- Have experience in Logistics is a plus.
- Customer oriented, willing to study & hard working.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Good command of written/ spoken in Chinese
- Careful and honest
