Purpose of the position:
The Assistant
Sales Manager will support Sales Manager in developing sales plans, managing pipeline/orders and customer relationships to achieve sales and profit margin targets, while ensuring customer experience, contract compliance and smooth coordination with Operations/QA/Logistics/Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assess & analyze market opportunities
• Analyze the Company's development trends and market trends to forecast business situation.
• Summarize Historical data analysis of the Market and company.
2. Design Sales-Marketing Policies/SOP
• Prepare/update sales policies & SOPs (quotation, price approval, discount, credit, complaint handling).
3. Manage Customer Relationship to enhance client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and increase customer retention.
• Track and analyze customer retention rates, repeat purchase frequency, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Customer Master Data Management.
4. Manage Sales Operations through sales channels (Domestics & International) to meet the Company's strategic business goals.
• Research and identify potential customer: CK export sales , CK domestic sales, Husk and Shells domestic sales, matching with our sales strategy, our goods quality and origin conditions.
• Check Compliance with customs regulations, destination country requirements, and export permits.
• Negotiating & Closing Sales Deals.
• Regular travelling to the warehouses to verify stock quality and interact directly with domestic buyers and internal teams during buyers' quality inspections at warehouses.
• Sales Order Management & Execution.
• Manage customer complaints and product recalls.
• Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting.
• Analyze revenue growth by region, customer type, and product category.
5. Coordinate with relevant Departments/partners to effectively implement business activities and to ensure sales efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
6. Manage risks, controls and compliance with applicable policies and laws.
7. Additional Tasks: to perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in B2B food/agricultural export; cashew, nuts, or commodity trading experience strongly preferred.
Other skills required for the job:
